What we did
- Removed the seventies partition walls and rebuilt the load-bearing opening between kitchen and living room.
- New insulated screed with underfloor heating on all three floors, levelled over old beam ends.
- Full replaster of every wall and ceiling, plus new cornices matched to the surviving originals.
- Turnkey bathroom and kitchen: sanitary lines, tiling, cabinetry, ventilation.
- Complete rewiring with an AREI-compliant panel and a new sanitary riser.
