What data, and why?
Through the request form we process your name, phone number, email address, address or town, the type of work and your description of the project. We use it only to answer your request, plan a site visit and draw up a quote. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long do we keep it?
Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for at most twelve months. Data belonging to work we carried out is kept as long as the statutory retention periods for invoicing and the ten-year liability require.
Who do we share it with?
Nobody, for commercial purposes. Your request reaches our own staff and, where the work requires it, the fixed partner carrying out the specialist part. We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and embeds no social media plugins. No data is sent to external advertisers. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and you may object to processing. Email info@devosbouw.be to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
