Masonry & concrete
Load-bearing walls, foundations, garden walls, screeds and polished concrete floors.
Bathrooms & kitchens
Full turnkey rooms: demolition, plumbing, tiling, cabinetry and the final silicone bead.
Floors & tiling
Large-format tile, natural stone, parquet and levelling on old, uneven Belgian subfloors.
Joinery & windows
Interior doors, built-in cupboards, and wood or aluminium window replacement with proper sealing.
Electrics & plumbing
Rewiring, AREI-compliant panels, sanitary lines and heating — inspected and signed off.

Which areas do you work in?
The whole province of Antwerp and the north of Flemish Brabant: Antwerp, Brasschaat, Schoten, Schilde, Kapellen, Edegem, Mortsel, Wijnegem, Mechelen and around. We do not take work more than half an hour from Brasschaat — beyond that we cannot get back quickly enough if something needs attention.
Is the site visit and the quote free?
Yes. The visit is free and without obligation, evenings included. You get a fixed price with the work itemised within five working days, by post and by email. The quote stays valid for sixty days.
Do you use subcontractors?
Six trades stay in-house: plastering, masonry, tiling, joinery, electrics and plumbing. Only for specialist roofing and lifts do we bring in fixed partners we have worked with for years — and you hear their names in advance.
How long does a full renovation take?
A turnkey bathroom or kitchen: six to eight weeks. A complete interior renovation of a row house: three to four months. A house including façade and roof: five to seven months. The planning is part of the quote, with a start and an end date.
What exactly does the ten-year warranty cover?
Ten years on everything structural or watertight: masonry, screeds, roof, façade and sanitary lines. Two years on finishes such as filler, paintwork and joints. The warranty is on paper with the final invoice, together with the insurance certificate.
When do I pay?
No deposit above 15%. After that we invoice per completed phase, each time after you have signed it off on site. The balance only after handover, once the snag list is ticked off.
